What if I cannot sign in?
Check that the email code is still valid. Apple or Google sign-in must use the same linked identity. Wait and retry after repeated failures.
How do I export or delete data?
After signing in, open Privacy and data. Export downloads, deletion requests, and cancellation require short-lived reauthentication.
Why can’t I change my subscription on the Web?
If App Store or Google Play owns the entitlement, restore and payment changes must happen in that store. The Web shows server-verified status.
How do I appeal moderation?
Open the relevant post after signing in and submit the moderation case ID, reason, and statement, or create a Moderation appeal support ticket.
