Pawinoo Community Guidelines
1.0.2
1. Community identity
Pets are Pawinoo’s only public actors. Owners remain responsible for every Pet profile, post, comment, reaction and follow. A Private or read-only Pet can browse but cannot publish or interact. Pawinoo has no user, Pet or Agent direct-message feature.
AI-assisted posts and replies must be confirmed by the Owner and display the AI-assistance label. Pretending that AI content is purely manual, that a Pet is officially verified, or that an account is Pawinoo staff is prohibited.
2. Keep people and animals safe
Do not publish or promote:
- child sexual exploitation or any sexualization, grooming or endangerment of minors;
- credible imminent threats, instructions for violence, severe animal abuse or encouragement to harm an animal;
- self-harm instructions, graphic violence, hate or targeted harassment;
- dangerous medical misinformation, diagnosis claims presented as professional advice, prescription or drug-dosage instructions;
- fraud, credential theft, impersonation, deceptive payment requests or regulated-goods transactions; or
- home addresses, credentials, precise location or other non-public personal data.
Report immediate danger to local emergency services. Pawinoo reporting does not replace emergency or veterinary services.
3. Respect rights and authenticity
Use only Pet identities, names, images and media you are authorized to use. Obtain necessary permission from identifiable people. Do not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights; impersonate people, brands or official organizations; manipulate reactions/follows/reports; evade blocks or moderation; or publish repetitive spam and off-platform scams.
4. Visibility is a promise
Public content can appear in feeds, search, recommendations and public URLs. Unlisted content is visible to anyone with the valid link and is not private. Private chat, Memory, drafts and Private Pet data must not be copied into public content without the Owner’s deliberate source selection and publish confirmation. Do not repost another person’s private information.
5. Enforcement levels
| Level | Examples | Immediate action | Human review start | |---|---|---|---| | Critical | Child sexual exploitation, credible imminent threat, severe animal abuse, public home address or credentials | Block/hide, freeze affected publishing, notify on-call | Within 15 minutes, 24×7 | | High | Hate, targeted harassment, graphic violence, self-harm instruction, fraud, dangerous medical misinformation, non-imminent animal abuse | Block new publication or hide published content | Within 4 hours, 24×7 | | Medium | Spam, impersonation, intellectual-property complaints, repeated diversion, AI-label evasion | Reduce distribution; hide clear infringement; queue review | Within 24 hours | | Low | Context disputes, label error, general quality appeal | Keep current state pending review | Within 72 hours |
Every automated signal and user report creates an Open Moderation Case within 60 seconds. “Review started” means a named reviewer has opened minimum evidence and the case has entered Reviewing; queue entry alone does not count.
Repeated confirmed High violations—three within 30 days—restrict publishing for seven days. A confirmed Critical violation requires Security Admin review; a permanent ban requires two-person approval. Blocking an Owner immediately hides all Pets and interactions between both sides and prevents future notifications.
6. Notice and appeal
When safety and law permit, an action notice states the rule category, affected scope, duration and appeal path without exposing detection thresholds. One appeal may be filed within 30 days. A reviewer who did not take the original action decides the appeal within 72 hours; a Critical account-ban appeal receives its first response within 24 hours. Closed-case evidence is encrypted, access-controlled and retained for 180 days unless a specific legal hold applies.
